Does AppyBag work in my country?

AppyBag is a truly global service and can be used in any country on the planet. We are in progress to set up logistics for delivery to Mars, but until then planet Earth only.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges for most items and brands are £10 per Kg.

Items from high-end brands (e.g. Gucci, Prada, Tory Burch, Cult Beauty) and consumer electronics (e.g. mobile phones, other gadgets) are charged a different rate. Please contact our customer service at 00447404012712 for details.

Which UK websites or brands can I shop from?

We can buy any items from any UK website for you as long as they are legal in your country.

What items can I order through AppyBag?

I would like AppyBag to buy items on my behalf from a UK website. Is there any fee?

We do not charge any fee for personal shopping. You will only pay the delivery fee.

What if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?

We guarantee complete peace of mind. We are the only UK Personal Shoppers that provide guaranteed delivery. So in the rare unfortunate case if your items get damaged or lost we will give you a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped from the UK. In case of cancellation,

How long do your shipments take?

All of our parcels are sent via Air cargo which leaves every Thursday and are delivered within three weeks.
